APPOINTMENT POLICIES

Your appointment is very important to us and we reserve this time especially for you! If you need to cancel or reschedule any appointment, please provide us with 48 hours notice. We will be able to adjust our schedule accordingly and our stylist will be able to accommodate another client. All new client services require a 25% deposit, which is applied toward the total service. In the case of a no-show, the deposit is non-refundable and non-transferrable. We understand unpredictable issues arise and will do our best to work with you in case of an unforeseen circumstance. As a courtesy, our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance via text &/or email. If you are running more than 15 minutes late, to your appointment, please call us as it may be subject to be rescheduled. Our stylists will also extend the courtesy, via phone call or text, to inform the client of any tardiness on their behalf in advance. Mane Refinery Salon values and respects our stylists and clients time. Thank you.

 

 

LATE ARRIVALS

We strive to be on time for each and every guest. If we are running significantly behind, we will make every effort to contact you prior to your appointment time. In order to ensure punctuality, we do ask each guest to arrive at or before their appointment time. Any guest arriving more than 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule or alter their service to not impact the timing of other scheduled appointments. Late arrival resulting in a cancelation of reserved appointment will be treated as a last minute cancelation and subject to charge of 25% of the originally booked service.

 

 

SERVICE SATISFACTION

We pride ourselves in keeping up with education, trends and current products on the market. Your satisfaction is important and our stylist are happy to make any minor adjustments that align with our original consultation (within 7 days of the original service). Adjustments that are altered from the original consultation or are requested after 7 days of the original service will require full payment.

—Redo’s are not given because of reconsideration, third-party opinions, or work policies. 

WE DO NOT PROVIDE REFUNDS ON COMPLETED SERVICES.

 

 

CHILD SUPERVISION

Due to close proximity to harsh chemicals, hot tools, and sharp objects in the salon, it is very dangerous for children to be left alone. Please arrange separate supervision for children during your service time unless your child is being presented a service. The environment of the salon is meant to be a self-care oasis. Thank you for understanding!
